AgriFood Skills Australia has developed this Toolbox specifically for employers in the horse and greyhound industries. It provides information how to become an 'employer of choice' to attract and retain skilled workers, professional development opportunities in the industry, templates for employer, employee and policy manual forms, as well as references to contemporary Fair Work Australia and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) legislation.
AgriFood will put in a place a review process to ensure this resource remains current and relevant for employers. So that AgriFood can alert you when changes are made or additions included, you will need to register your details before downloading the document.
