MARGARET HASELTINE - Deputy Chair Margaret has over 20 years experience at senior executive and board level, 19 of those with Mars Incorporated. Margaret was the CEO of Mars Food, formerly Masterfoods, for four years. Margaret is well known and respected in the FMCG industry. She was actively involved with many organisations, in particular the Australian Food and Grocery Council. She chairs the Central Coast Campus Advisory Board of University and TAFE, a non-executive director at BRI Australia, and has been appointed to the Board of Agrifood Skills Australia. |

JOHN BAKER John was a Director of the NSW Harness Racing Club (Harold Park) for 18 years and completed the maximum of six years as Chairman and President, and a former Board Member of the controlling body Harness Racing NSW having served a full term of four years. He served as Chairman for seven years until his resignation in 2011. |

DAVID TAYLOR David has extensive commercial experience with a banking and marketing background. Since retiring in 1999 as Head of the BankWest Business Bank (which included executive oversight of the Agribusiness Centre) , David has progressed a career in corporate governance with appointments to the boards of listed and unlisted public companies and government business enterprises. David is immediate past Chairman of the Forest Products Commission and also the Perth Market Authority, which has responsibility for managing the principal fresh produce wholesale market in Western Australia. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. |
